What is Sports Performance?

A sports performance class for kids is a fun, age-appropriate training session that builds overall athleticism through speed and agility drills, strength and stability work, balance and coordination exercises, flexibility and mobility training, and core control. Sports conditioning is important because it helps kids develop better movement skills, prevents injuries by strengthening growing bodies, supports healthy physical development, improves sport-specific skills, boosts confidence and resilience, and enhances focus and discipline—all of which help kids become well-rounded, confident, and capable young athletes.

Who Can Join?

The Movement Lab (Ages 7–11)

This fun, high-energy class helps younger athletes build coordination, balance, agility, and overall body control. Through games, drills, and movement-based exercises, kids will improve their athletic abilities and gain confidence — whether they’re new to sports or already on a team. ✔ Explore. Stretch. Strength Squad (Ages 12+)

Designed for junior golfers, this focused strength and conditioning class builds the physical tools needed to improve golf performance and stay injury-free. Athletes will develop strength, mobility, posture, and control to help them swing more powerfully and consistently. ✔ Train together. Grow together.
