Junior Mentors provide a vital service to the First Tee community by decreasing the student-to-instructor ratio in our classes, directly improving our young golfers’ learning experience and at the same time, they build their resumé and real-world career competencies. Junior Mentors will also gain community service hours for school, build teamwork skills, and earn “Leadership Service” hours toward their Ace certification. All Junior Mentor positions will work directly with our staff and will receive ample support, guidance, and seasonal coach trainings.
