How do I apply for financial assistance?
Applying for Financial Assistance is the final step of the registration process.
- Step 1: Register your child(ren) for your desired class by adding the class to the cart.
- Step 2: Once you add your child(ren) to the cart, click PROCEED TO CHECK OUT.
- Step 3: Continue the class registration by filling out the participants contact information and answering the questions. When you get to the Financial Aid Page, please click YES that you would like to apply. Answer the questions and click continue.
- Step 4: Select the participant(s) that you would like to receive consideration for aid. Upon applying, your application will be reviewed by First Tee – Greater Houston staff and a determination will be made.
- Step 5: Upon determination, you will receive an email starting your next steps. If you receive any amount of aid, you will need to complete your registration back in your First Tee account.
You should expect to receive the following Financial Aid Communications:
- Financial Aid Request Submission
- Upon determination you will receive one of the following:
- Financial Aid Denial (includes link to check out)
- Financial Aid Approval: 100% approval (no money due) (includes link to check out)
- Financial Aid Approval with balance (includes link to check out)
